Key Responsibilities: Duties and responsibilities of the fitter include, but are not limited to: Read & interpret technical drawing, schematics, blueprints, procedures and measurements to plan weld layouts, assemble and install mechanical systems and equipments. Set up & fitting components for welding like pipe fittings, machine fitting, and structure fittings. Operate hand tools, power tools, cutting machine, beveling machine, grinders, threading machine to shape and fit the material. Weld and fabricate components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in required positions. Test and inspect welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws. Maintain equipment with accessories in good condition without compromising on safety. Perform maintenance and repair work on mechanical systems and equipment. Technical/Functional Skills: Proven experience as a Fitter or similar role Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Experience in welding and fabrication Experience in using electrical or manual tools (saws, squares, calipers etc.) Strong attention to detail Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills Experience in welding of pipe joints consisting of Butt weld, Fillet weld, socket weld from 1/2” to 12” sizes. Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective equipment. Knowledge of ISO 9001,45001,50001. Qualifications & Experience: ITI in Fitter Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a similar industry. Proven experience working as a fitter. A valid certificate as fitter from a reputed institution is preferred Demonstrate critical thinking, problem solving and creativity.

The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for selecting equipment & auxiliaries required for compressor packages, including their detailed engineering and execution of Sundyne projects. The position will be required to support multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Working knowledge of rotating equipment like compressors, pumps, etc. and auxiliary support systems like dry gas seal systems, lube oil systems, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, valves, filters, etc. Knowledge and interpretation of applicable industry standards (API-617, 692, 614, ASME Pressure Vessel Code, ASME Standards, NACE, etc.) Review of customer order scope, technical specifications and datasheets Selection & sizing of Compressor auxiliaries, prepare Material Requisitions, technical evaluation of supplier proposals and ensuring compliance with project requirements Detailed engineering of compressor package and support systems in accordance with the latest API Standards (main & auxiliary drivers, heat exchangers, seal gas heaters, lube oil pumps, instruments, gages, surge control valves and systems, etc.) Create and/or review and approve engineering drawings and documentation Provide engineering & troubleshooting support for assembly and testing activities Assist Application Engineering and Sales in winning new business. Technical/Functional skills: Self-motivated and highly organized Excellent team player Good verbal & written communication skills. Qualification and Experience: Bachelors in mechanical engineering 3-10 years of related engineering experience, including manufacturing, EPCs, and/or oil and gas industry Priori work experience with Compressors, Dry gas sealing system and/or lube oil system is preferred. Travel to domestic or international customer and supplier sites required on a limited basis. Includes kickoff meetings, design review meetings, and HAZOP meetings.

Assembly API Compressors & Pumps : Accurately assemble components, including rotors, stators, shafts, and casings, based on API standards and engineering specifications. Assembly of accessories like base frame, motor, Lube oil System, Dry gas seal system. Align, fit, and adjust parts to ensure efficient, accurate assembly. Conduct pressure and performance tests on assembled units, troubleshoot for functionality issues, and resolve any operational inconsistencies. Calibrate and verify performance metrics according to quality standards. Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, specifications, and assembly instructions to ensure all components meet design and quality criteria. Ensure all assembled units meet API standards and adhere to industry regulations. Perform final inspections, document results, and address any quality control discrepancies. Regularly maintain and troubleshoot assembly tools, hydraulic equipment, and lifting gear. Keep a clean and organized workspace to maintain safety and efficiency. Technical/Functional Skills: Must having Hands on experience for Assembly, packaging of API pumps & compressors, Strong understanding of mechanical engineering drawings, tolerances, and assembly techniques. Familiarity with safety protocols, safety awareness Problem-Solving Skills Qualifications & Experience: Diploma or equivalent. Technical certifications in mechanical assembly or related fields are a plus. Minimum of 7-10 years of hands-on experience in mechanical assembly, preferably with API compressors or pumps. Proven experience with high-tolerance assemblies

Key Responsibilities: Preparation of technical documentation such as P&ID, Datasheets, C&E, Logic diagrams, etc., creation of part numbers in ERP system and generation of Bill of Materials. Understand customer order scope, technical specifications and datasheets. Support order engineering team for detailed engineering of compressor package and support systems in accordance with the latest API Standards (main & auxiliary drivers, heat exchangers, seal gas heaters, lube oil pumps, instruments, gages, surge control valves and systems, etc.) Technical/Functional skills: Good understanding of project documentation like P&ID, Equipment datasheets, C&E, logic diagrams, etc. Software competency in Engineering base, ERP systems, AutoCAD and Visio is preferred. Working knowledge of rotating equipment like compressors, pumps, etc. and auxiliary support systems like dry gas seal systems, lube oil systems, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, valves, filters, etc. Self-motivated and highly organized Excellent team player. Good verbal & written communication skills Qualification and Experience: Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering 2 to 7 years of relevant engineering experience Work experience in oil & gas, petrochemical and refining industry is preferred.
