Job Description

Join Calix as a Full Stack Engineer Intern and work across Calix.com and MyCalix, enterprise digital platforms powered by Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Cloud Service. You’ll gain hands-on experience across both front-end and back-end technologies and contribute to platform integrations with Salesforce and the Commerce Store, supporting major FY25 initiatives like redesigns and performance optimization. Responsibilities and Duties: Develop full-stack solutions using React.js on the frontend and Java (Spring Boot) on the backend. Build and enhance custom AEM components and integrate backend services with third-party systems. Manage and utilize digital assets from AEM DAM to support dynamic content delivery and enhance component flexibility. Apply secure coding practices across the stack to prevent vulnerabilities and ensure safe user interactions. Build and test REST APIs, optimize performance, and implement SEO best practices. Participate in sprint planning, agile ceremonies, and code reviews. Exposure to Maven/Gradle and CI/CD tools is an added advantage. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science / IT / related discipline, graduating in 2024/2025. Hands-on knowledge or strong understanding of Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and React.js. Familiarity with Git, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and testing frameworks. Exposure to CMS platforms — AEM or others like Liferay, Contentful, Drupal, WordPress — is a strong advantage. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
