Graduate Specialist- Human Resource

As an HR Intern at CTeBS, a subsidiary of Classic Fashion, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions. This includes but is not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. Throughout this internship, you will be exposed to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing you with valuable insights into HR processes. Your key responsibilities will involve assisting in the sourcing and screening of candidates for open roles, scheduling interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers. Additionally, you will support the onboarding process for new employees, maintain and update employee records in the HRMS, organize employee engagement activities, and assist in drafting and updating HR policies and documents. Furthermore, you will work on HR analytics and reporting tasks while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. To excel in this role, you should have completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to handle confidential information professionally. Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required. A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn will be highly valued attributes in this position.
