Automation Test Engineer – Fresher (2025 Batch)

About The Role

We are hiring passionate and certified freshers to join our QA team as Automation Test Engineers. This is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in software testing, working in a hybrid setup from our Bengaluru office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand functional and technical requirements to design effective test cases.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, TestNG, or similar.
  • Execute test cases and report bugs with detailed documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables.
  • Perform regression, smoke, and sanity testing as needed.

Qualifications

  • B.E / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc (Computer Science or IT) – 2025 Pass-out.
  • Certified in Automation Testing (e.g., Selenium, UFT, or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of software testing fundamentals, SDLC, and STLC.
  • Basic programming knowledge in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model from Bengaluru.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab.
  • Familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA.
  • Knowledge of API testing using Postman or RestAssured.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies.
