Job Description

In this role at Arcadis, you will be a part of the Project and Programme Management team, focusing on projects that emphasize sustainability and resilience. Your main responsibilities will include: - Following established standard operating procedures related to project management processes and supporting project managers/consultants with their accountabilities. - Contributing to various delivery and project management assignments, such as preparing documentation, conducting research, and collating information to ensure projects are implemented to meet time and quality standards. - Collecting data from different sources, preparing documents like schedules and reports, and analyzing data to provide senior management with quality information for decision-making. - Monitoring project management processes, providing feedback on existing procedures, and identifying opportunities for process and system improvements. - Completing professional-level tasks to support the project management function effectively. - Collaborating with stakeholders from different business areas to resolve operational queries about supported projects and ensuring the efficient provision of information and work to internal clients. - Being accountable for delivering timely and accurate data collection, analysis, and reports. - Interpreting and communicating project support policies, processes, and systems. - Monitoring and escalating project management KPIs and performance metrics. - Communicating and highlighting project process compliance issues to project managers. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline. - Relevant business experience, including supporting medium to large-sized projects. - Good written and oral communication skills to liaise with peers and seniors and build relationships. - Commercial awareness and organizational understanding. - A logical approach and the ability to think through complex issues. - Self-motivation and proactivity, with the ability to work under broad direction. - Advanced proficiency in desktop applications such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Proficiency in using common project management software and systems.,
