Were looking for driven and enthusiastic individuals to join us as Graduate Management Trainees in our Sales & Marketing division. Role Overview: As a Graduate Management Trainee (Sales & Marketing), you will undergo structured training and hands-on experience to understand various facets of sales processes, client interactions, market research, and strategic marketing initiatives. This role is designed to groom future leaders in business development and marketing. Key Responsibilities: Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients Support the sales team in lead generation, outreach, and follow-ups Help create marketing content, proposals, and pitch decks Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic decisions Participate in client meetings and internal strategy discussions Track and analyze campaign and sales performance metrics Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing plans Requirements: Recent graduate or final-year student from any discipline (MBA/BBA preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Interest in business development, client interaction, and digital marketing Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, or any marketing platforms is a plus What You ll Gain: Hands-on exposure to real-world sales and marketing strategies Opportunity to work closely with experienced sales professionals and mentors Certificate of Internship upon successful completion Strong consideration for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) up to 4.5 LPA, based on performance
