Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers for EMI/Loan payment reminders Follow up on overdue accounts and update the system regularly Provide customers with payment options and resolve basic queries Achieve daily and monthly collection targets Maintain polite and professional communication with customers at all times Explain payment options and resolve basic queries Update payment status in system Maintain a polite, professional, and positive tone with customers Candidate Requirements: Basic computer knowledge Ability to handle pressure and meet targets Experience in collections/telecalling will be an added advantage Freshers can also apply
