Role Details – Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) @ Voltas

As a GET at Voltas, you will play a key role in supporting production planning and operations.

Responsibilities Include

  • 📅 Production Planning: Assist in planning plant production schedules and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
  • 🏗️ Material Coordination: Ensure raw material availability as per the production plan by coordinating with the production and stores departments.
  • ⏱️ Operational Efficiency: Plan and prioritize operations to maximize performance and minimize delays.
  • 📋 Inventory & Audits: Support inventory management and assist during audits.
  • 🤝 Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors, ask questions, and contribute wherever needed to meet production goals.
