Role Description:

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee in Sales, you will focus in developing your technical and commercial skills, gaining hands-on experience in the sales process. Your key responsibilities will include supporting the sales team, engaging with internal team and clients to understand the technical needs, and working on tailored solutions. You'll be trained to analyse market trends, assist in product demonstrations, and develop proposals. This role provides a platform for growth in both technical expertise and sales acumen.

Our requirements:

• A recent graduate with bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics engineering.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Technical Proficiency in Industrial Automation, Electric Automation, Process Automation.
• High level of motivation and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
