Graduate Engineer Trainee

The role of Operations, Maintenance, Information Technology, and Techno-commercial involves various responsibilities that you will be required to undertake. You will have the opportunity to learn and gain knowledge in these different aspects. After completion of training, you will work independently on assigned tasks and understand the processes and systems necessary for the functioning of a company. It is important for you to be a role model for safety, health, environment, and quality issues. You should proactively seek opportunities for learning and developing skills for different roles in the Hydrocarbons sector. Developing a good understanding of operations, maintenance, computer science, and new business initiatives will be essential. Additionally, you will learn how to supervise others, monitor the work of contractors, and plan the work for operating and maintaining plant and site facilities efficiently. Participation in key activities of the refinery such as major projects, turnarounds, safety initiatives, and attending various meetings of Operations and Maintenance will help you develop a sound understanding of the roles and responsibilities of various stakeholders. Education Requirement: A first-class degree in Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate is required.
