Job Description

Location: Hadapsar, Pune.

Job Purpose:

To support the Quality Department in implementing, monitoring, and improving quality systems, processes, and standards. The GET will be trained and developed to ensure effective quality control and assurance in production and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Learn and support quality inspection processes for incoming, in-process, and final products.
Assist in documentation, reports, and record maintenance as per ISO/TS/IATF standards.
Monitor process quality parameters and escalate deviations.
Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective & preventive action (CAPA) activities.
Assist in calibration of measuring instruments and gauges.
Coordinate with production and cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
Support customer complaint handling and implementation of corrective actions.
Participate in internal audits and support compliance with quality management systems.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, TPM, Lean, Six Sigma).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
