Graduate Engineer Trainee - Chemical

As a Generation Cluster Manager, your role involves overseeing the production processes of various Water treatment plants including DM Plant, R.O. Plant, ETP plant operations, Cooling Tower chemical treatment, Chlorination plant, Hydrogen plant, CPU, and Chemical & Environmental Laboratory activities related to Water & Waste water /Coal / Oil. You will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring Cycle Water Chemistry Parameters, Laboratory NABL Accreditation Process, and Documentation. Your duties also include implementing Company Safety procedures, compiling and analyzing data related to the department, monitoring and reporting Environmental parameters, and handling hazardous chemicals and waste management procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Water Treatment Plant Material Management using SAP MM Module - Implement PTW and LOTO management procedures - Ensure compliance with Pollution Control Acts, Rules & Notifications, CPCB regulations, and Manufacture, Storage, and Import of Hazardous Chemical Rules, 1989 (Amended thereafter) - Knowledge of Environmental Compliances specific to the Power Industry Qualifications Required: - Domain technical skill - Problem Solving ability - Attention to detail - Creativity in approach - Focus on Quality standards - Design Skills with proficiency in relevant Design tools - Project Management expertise - Supplies Management knowledge - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word) - Strong Business communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Learning Agility for continuous improvement In addition to the core responsibilities and qualifications, you are expected to exhibit the following Behavioral Attributes: - Powerfully Nimble - Energizes Customers - Delivers Power-ful Results - Fuels Excellence - Powered by Purpose - Electric Learner,
