As a selected student for this position, you will undergo a comprehensive 18-month training program that includes both classroom sessions and on-the-job training. The focus of this training will be on the Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of various types of generating plants such as Thermal and Hydros, Transmission Receiving Stations, Distribution Sub Stations, as well as Renewable Energy Sites including Solar and Wind installations. During the training program, you will have the opportunity to develop key skills related to the efficient and effective operation and maintenance of power generation and distribution facilities. The goal of the program is to provide you with the knowledge and hands-on experience necessary to succeed in this field.
