Graduate Engineer Trainee

As a Technician Supervisor, your role involves allocating jobs to technicians and monitoring their work to ensure occupational safety at the work area. You will be responsible for maintaining the quality and quantity of the product, as well as ensuring 100% utilization of available resources. Proper maintenance of reports and stock handling is crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure availability and readiness of workshop equipment and hand tools - Effectively utilize manpower and other resources to maximize bay productivity - Monitor and evaluate technician efficiency and productivity - Monitor repeat complaints and implement necessary countermeasures Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in a similar role is preferred - Knowledge of occupational safety protocols - Strong organizational and communication skills In addition to these responsibilities, the company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, leave encashment, and Provident Fund.
