GPG Analyst

Role Overview: You will be joining Hitachi Energy as a Global Product Group Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in analyzing market trends, product performance, and competitive landscape to support strategic decision-making within the product group. Your responsibilities will involve conducting market research, monitoring product performance, analyzing competitors, preparing reports, collaborating with various stakeholders, and assisting in strategic planning. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. - Monitor and analyze the performance of products within the group, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. - Gather and analyze data on competitors to inform strategic decisions. - Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings and strategic recommendations. - Work closely with product managers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to align product strategies with market needs. - Maintain and update databases related to market and product information. - Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans for the product group. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. - Minimum 6-10 years of previous experience in market research, data analysis, or a similar role is preferred. - Strong ability to analyze data and market trends. - Proficiency in conducting market and competitive research. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings. - Familiarity with data analysis tools and software. - High level of accuracy in data collection and analysis. - Ability to think strategically and provide actionable insights. - Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.,
