Vacancy in Meril Public health team Job DescriptionsExperience-3 -6 years of sales experience Salary-Salary As per Market StandardLocation- JaipurJob DescriptionIdentify Tender and read eligibility criteria with technical and financial then preparesummary and send all the member for confirmation go head.Keeping records of allthe Tenders published by department and uploading/submitting the general, technical, financial documents through online and offlineplatforms.Manage bidding process form consortiums with partner firms, prepare biddocuments, follow-up with client/ partners till bid is submit.Arrange DD from accounts department for EMD, PBG, Tender Cost Processingfor E- tendering and submit the same within given time period.feeDocuments scan & upload, BOQ- financial bid calculation.Coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation totendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualificationsAspiring candidates should be capable of handling the following functions:Tender Search Bid Preparation- Technical Price BidE-tendering / E- Bidding / Reverse Auctions / Live AuctionsPrepare all tender documents in the specific formats related to the bidCoordinate with the respective dept. for document procurement in process oftendersReporting bidding status online / offline on daily basisFollow up with Vendors/ OEM's/ departments/ clientsVendor Registration for Limited tendersAttending pre bid / post bid meetings with customersMaintaining Customer Relationship with existing/ new clientsTracking status of Tenders offersTrack Tenders/ RFPs for new bids/ design competitions.Follow up- All mail, (PBG)- Bank Guarantee, EMD Release, Material Dispatch,payment & other deductions.GeM Portal- Minimum Experience Of 1-4 YearsProficient in Microsoft office suit programs, especially excelAbility to work for long hours & on weekends to fulfil job requirementsConfident & patience employeePassionate for growth & excellence through consistent hard workEducationUG: Any GraduatePG: Any PostgraduateDesired SkillsGovernment Sales E-Tendering Tender Preparation TenderingOpen to learn New aveneues including of Meril Endo surgery and Diagno product in Govt sales Comfortable to travel more than 20 days in a month Send your resume on below mobile no +91 9079933499
