Roles and Responsibilities: Identify and fill out government tenders in a timely and accurate manner. Coordination with partners for bid participation on onboarding with Datamini GeM portal bid management Product listing / pairing / validation Bid participation / documentation submission Order processing and payment follow ups Bid participation in E proc portals of central n state Governments Maintain a comprehensive record of all documents related to tender submissions, including certifications, bids, and correspondence. Actively look for sales opportunities in the government sector by monitoring tenders, projects, and procurement plans. Build and maintain a database of relevant contacts in government departments. Regularly visit government officials to pitch company products and services. Regular partner engagement on daily basis, and update to organisation on same Work in harmony with partners and customers for visible cases And always vouch n work on new upcoming case for specking from start Establish and nurture relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction. Conduct on-site visits to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. Develop a strong understanding of the company's electronic products and their applications. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations. Provide regular reports on sales activities, tender progress, and potential leads. Collaborate with internal teams for technical and administrative support when required.

Customer Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and assisting with order-related issues. Handle customer orders, process sales transactions, and maintain accurate customer databases. Communication: Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and external partners to ensure a seamless flow of information. Sales Process Coordination: Work closely with sales representatives to ensure timely and accurate order processing. Assist in tracking and managing sales pipelines, ensuring that sales targets are met. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Science, Commerce or a related field. Proven experience in a similar role or in sales support/administration. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office.
