Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Government Portals Management Specialist to handle end-to-end operations related to various government portals. This includes tasks such as registration, documentation, scheme compliance, uploading necessary data, managing timelines, and ensuring error-free submissions across different government-related platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register, maintain, and manage institutional and student profiles on various government and regulatory portals (e.g., NSDC, Skill India Portal, NAPS, NATS, UGC, AICTE, etc.)
  • Ensure timely submissions of compliance documents and reports as per government mandates.
  • Upload student data, certifications, and progress reports as per scheme guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, trainers, and administrative teams to gather accurate information and supporting documents.
  • Stay updated on government scheme changes, announcements, and timelines.
  • Act as the point of contact for government bodies and resolve queries related to portal activities.
  • Ensure error-free data entry, and maintain high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Generate and manage MIS reports for senior management on portal activities and submissions.
  • Assist in audits and inspections by government or affiliated bodies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline; preference given to candidates with background in public administration, IT, or education management.
  • 1-3 years of experience handling government/education portal management or related administrative roles.
  • Strong understanding of national education schemes, apprenticeships, and vocational programs.
  • Proficiency in data entry, MS Excel, and working knowledge of online document uploads.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Knowledge of e-office, digital signatures, and other digital compliance tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualities:

  • Prior experience in an edtech, educational institute, or skilling ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements under Skill India, PMKVY, NSQF, NAPS, and similar initiatives.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
