Governance Program & Project Management- Assistant Vice President

As a GP&P Sr Analyst at our company, you will be a seasoned professional applying in-depth knowledge to contribute to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and workflows. Your analytical skills will be crucial in filtering, prioritizing, and validating complex material from multiple sources, while your communication and diplomacy skills will be essential for effectively influencing decisions and assuming leadership roles within teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Participate in implementation management for strategic initiatives, technology portfolio budget management, project support, communications, and policy management across Finance and Risk. - Assist in managing end-to-end program tracking, reporting, and implementation processes, resource planning, and financial oversight. - Contribute to the implementation of common data standards, processes, and integrated technology platforms. - Enable a foundational reporting infrastructure across Citi businesses by ensuring consistency within Finance and Risk. - Resolve complex problems or transactions requiring expertise in interpreting policies, guidelines, or processes. - Manage processes, reports, procedures, or products, representing a unit or team on cross-functional process or project deliverables. - Supervise the day-to-day work of junior level employees. - Perform other duties and functions as assigned. - Appropriately assess risk and ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. **Qualifications:** - 7-10+ years of relevant experience in the financial services industry preferred. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
