About the Role

Google Workspace Administrator (GWS Admin)

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain all aspects of Google Workspace (formerly G Suite), including user provisioning, group management, organizational units, and security configurations.
  • Monitor system performance, security settings, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, Meet, and other Workspace tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and end-user experience.
  • Manage support tickets, follow escalation procedures, and ensure issues are resolved within defined SLAs.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
  • Stay informed about new Google Workspace features, changes, and best practices.
