Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute & optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for loan products.
• Build segmented audiences & custom funnels focused on high-conversion users.
• Track, measure & improve CPL, CAC, and lead quality.
• Create data-driven landing pages and ad creatives to enhance conversion rates.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, A/B tests, and performance reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial advertising guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum

  2–4 years

  of performance marketing experience.

• Strong understanding of lending buyer personas, funnel optimisation & lead qualification.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, CAPI, and lead-gen automation tools.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams (product, sales, content).
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers.
