What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage Meta and Google Ads campaigns for high-growth Indian e-commerce brands.
• Drive performance through strategic ad planning, execution, and daily optimization.
• Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and present insights during client calls.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, strategy, and analytics) to improve outcomes.
• Ideate ad creatives and experiment with different funnels and audience strategies.
• Stay on top of trends and platform updates to continuously sharpen your ad game.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience:

  2–4 years of hands-on experience running Meta and Google Ads for Indian e-commerce brands.

• Ad Budget:

  Proven success managing budgets of ₹50 Lakhs/month or more across multiple accounts.

• Technical Know-How:

  Deep understanding of performance marketing funnels, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking.

• Ownership:

  A proactive, data-driven marketer who takes end-to-end ownership of their campaigns.

• Location:

  Must be based in or near Chandigarh—or willing to

  relocate immediately
