Job Description

Role Overview: We’re looking for a skilled Google Merchant Ads Expert with proven experience managing and optimizing Google Shopping campaigns through the Google Merchant Center and Google Ads . The ideal candidate has deep, hands-on knowledge of product feed optimization, Merchant Center diagnostics, and Shopping campaign strategy. We prioritize real-world experience and performance results over certifications. Key Responsibilities: Set up and manage product feeds in Google Merchant Center. Monitor and resolve Merchant Center issues including product disapprovals, feed errors, and account policy violations. Strategize and manage Google Shopping campaigns to drive product visibility and sales. Work closely with internal teams to ensure data accuracy, stock availability, pricing, and product details are correctly reflected in feeds. Optimize product titles, descriptions, and attributes for performance and compliance. Use Google Ads and Analytics to track performance, identify trends, and implement improvements. Run A/B tests on campaign structures, bidding strategies, and product group segmentation. Stay current with changes in Google Shopping policies, Merchant Center requirements, and retail advertising trends. Requirements: Strong experience managing Google Shopping campaigns and Merchant Center accounts. Deep understanding of feed optimization, campaign segmentation, and conversion tracking. Proficient with tools such as Google Ads. Ability to troubleshoot product feed and policy issues quickly and effectively. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Clear communication and documentation skills. Google Ads certification is a plus, but not required —your knowledge and past results matter most. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in ecommerce or retail performance marketing. Knowledge of supplemental feeds, custom labels, and GTIN management. Familiarity with Google Ads, PPC, Conversion rates, etc. Understanding of ROAS, LTV, CAC, and other ecommerce performance metrics. What We Offer: Competitive salary. Paid Leave.
