Job Description

Role Overview: As a futuristic consultant, you will be responsible for leading and delivering consulting & sales strategy in line with the business goals for your Strategic Business Unit (SBU) across multiple regions. You will play a crucial role in supporting the Go-to-market strategy for new and existing products & services. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying industry-specific technical solutions and accelerating their adoption to drive business transformation. Additionally, you will work closely with C-suite executives of Searces client base, providing strategic guidance on cloud and solution adoption to help them scale their businesses. Your consultative selling persona will be key in understanding domains, nuances, and analytical skills that can drive business transformation. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to network with industry professionals at events, conferences, and trade shows, providing thought leadership and making meaningful connections with partners, clients, and vendors. Collaboration with various cross-functional teams and close work with Google Cloud and AWS business, sales & customer engineering leadership teams will be integral to driving joint co-consult strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and deliver consulting & sales strategy in line with the business goals for your SBU across multiple regions. You build it. You deliver it. You own it. - Support the Go-to-market strategy for new, as well as existing products & services. - Identify industry-specific technical solutions and accelerate their adoption to drive business transformation. - Work closely with the C-suite executives of Searces client base, providing strategic guidance on cloud and solution adoption to help them scale their businesses. - Engage in consultative selling, understanding domains, nuances, and analytical skills that can drive business transformation. - Attend events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions to provide thought leadership and make meaningful connections with partners, clients, and vendors. - Collaborate with various cross-functional teams spanning across geographies. - Work closely with Google Cloud and AWS business, sales & customer engineering leadership teams and drive joint co-consult strategy. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Technology, Business, or Marketing, and preferentially an MBA in Sales & Marketing/Strategy from Tier 1 B-schools. - At least 3 years of experience in consulting/selling/closing deals in areas such as Tech Consulting and Application Development services, Cloud & Data migration and modernization, Public Cloud managed services, or Applied AI & Data Analytics based services. - Ability to work towards the overall BU goal set annually. - Possess critical thinking, decisiveness, and the ability to work well in demanding & ambiguous client environments. - Demonstrated love for constant improvement and ability to thrive in a young, fast-paced environment. - Experience in start-up or scaling a growth-stage organization would be a valuable asset.
