About the Role We’re looking for a passionate Google & Meta Ads Expert to join our in-house team at Genix Entertainment, a fast-growing performance marketing agency. If you’re someone who lives and breathes ROAS, knows how to scale ad accounts, and wants to manage budgets up to ₹1Cr/month—this is for you. What You’ll Be Doing • Manage and optimize high-budget Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns • Build full-funnel media strategies for e-commerce and local businesses • Perform deep performance analysis and ensure CPAs/ROAS targets are met • Write compelling ad copies, analyze creatives, and suggest hooks that convert • Setup advanced tracking via GTM, UTM, Pixel, GA4, etc. • Conduct A/B tests, audience segmentation, and creative rotation • Generate weekly performance reports and provide strategic insights • Collaborate with creative and content teams to align on ad angles and messaging What We’re Looking For • 1–4 years of hands-on experience in Google & Meta ads • Proven success managing large-scale budgets (₹10L+ per month) • Strong knowledge of performance marketing, audience building, remarketing, and attribution • Familiarity with tools like Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, GTM, SEMrush, or similar • Analytical mindset with the ability to work under performance pressure • Team player with a strong ownership mindset Why Join Us? • Handle ad budgets up to ₹1Cr/month • Work directly on multiple brands across industries • Be part of a fast-growing marketing agency where you’ll learn faster than ever • Access to latest ad tools, training, and strategy discussions • Performance-based growth opportunities Show more Show less
