Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end

  GA4 implementation and reporting, including custom events, conversions, and audiences.

• Set up and maintain tracking through

  Google Tag Manager

  across web and mobile platforms.

• Build dashboards and reports using

  Looker Studio (Google Data Studio)

  for business stakeholders.

• Translate client requirements both from business and technical space and provide solutions to achieve them.

• Work with multiple clients in a dynamic role that requires multitasking on various projects and deliverables advocating best practices around implementation and reporting structure of digital analytics structure.

• Monitor and troubleshoot tagging issues, discrepancies, or gaps in tracking setup.

• Perform sanity checks of analytics accounts in Google Analytics, GTM environment, browser

  debuggers/extensions like Ominibug

  and suggest optimization feedback for discrepancies.

Must-have:

• Must have hands-on expertise on GA4 & GTM platforms.

• Advanced Excel and Java-script.

• Must have hands-on Reporting in Google Data Studio

• Good to have Experience with Firebase for mobile analytics

• Exposure to Business Intelligence platforms like Tableau, PowerBI etc

• Must be able to prepare reports /metrics based on data collected & present to Clients or Leadership.

• Hands on with Big Query would be preferred.

• Experience working on Agile methodology and JIRA tool

• Good statistical knowledge and logical reasoning skills.

• Good project management skills for working in a multi-project/multi-client ecosystem

• Good presentation and articulation skills

• Ability to work in a cross-functional and dynamic role with multi-tasking skills

• A can-do attitude with a bent on learning new things
