Google Ads Specialist

Job Overview: We’re seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our paid search campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of hands-on experience in Google Ads and a strong understanding of PPC strategies, keyword research, ad copywriting, A/B testing, and analytics. Key Responsibilities: Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities. Write compelling ad copy and create engaging visuals (in collaboration with designers, if needed). Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights. Run A/B tests to improve CTRs, conversion rates, and ROAS. Generate regular performance reports and present findings and recommendations. Stay updated on Google Ads trends, platform updates, and industry best practices. Requirements: 1 year of experience managing Google Ads campaigns. Proven track record of delivering positive ROI and hitting KPIs. Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager. Strong analytical and Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, etc.). Familiarity with landing page optimization and conversion tracking. Google Ads certification (preferred but not mandatory). Excellent communication and project management skills.
