Job Description

As a Google Ads Specialist at KD Digital in Udaipur/In-House, you will be responsible for planning, setting up, and managing Google Ads campaigns across various platforms such as Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube. Your role will involve developing comprehensive PPC strategies tailored to client objectives and industry standards, as well as conducting in-depth keyword research and audience targeting to ensure high ad relevance. You will be tasked with monitoring and optimizing campaign performance metrics like CTR, CPC, Quality Score, and ROAS. A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies will be essential to improve performance, along with the implementation of effective negative keyword strategies to minimize ad spend wastage. Collaboration with designers and developers to create high-converting landing pages and aligning ad messaging with landing page content for a seamless user experience will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to ensure all campaigns are effectively tracked for lead generation and e-commerce performance. Generating actionable insights from data to refine strategies and enhance campaign ROI will also be crucial. You will prepare and present performance reports, insights, and future recommendations to clients or internal stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication to meet and exceed client goals. We are seeking a self-motivated and data-driven Google Ads Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns. Proven success in managing high-budget campaigns across various industries, with a preference for Healthcare and Local Ads Experience, will be an advantage. Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager is required, along with experience in keyword research tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz. Knowledge of A/B testing tools like Google Optimize, Optimizely, or Hotjar is a plus, as well as a basic understanding of HTML/CSS for tracking and tagging. Strong analytical mindset, ability to interpret campaign data, provide actionable recommendations, craft compelling ad copy, and work collaboratively with design teams are essential skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a proactive and adaptable approach to solving challenges are also desired qualities.
