About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist with expertise in managing lead generation and eCommerce campaigns. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a digital marketing agency and managing international clients. You will be responsible for developing strategies, executing campaigns, and optimizing performance to deliver measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns for lead generation and eCommerce clients.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
• Optimize campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube Ads to maximize ROI.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement improvements.
• Prepare detailed reports with actionable insights for clients and internal teams.
• Stay updated with Google Ads platform updates, policies, and best practices.
• Work collaboratively with creative and strategy teams to deliver impactful ad creatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5 years in managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Proven success in lead generation and eCommerce advertising.
• Prior experience in digital marketing agencies (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience working with international clients.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates based in Delhi will be given preference.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts.
• Google Ads certification will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
