About The Role

Blurbpoint Media is seeking a

results-driven Google Ads Media Buyer

to join our performance marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for

managing and scaling paid media campaigns across Demand Gen and YouTube

with a strong focus on

ROI, ROAS, and customer acquisition costs

.We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, has managed large ad spends, and can take ownership of delivering high-performing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Demand Gen and YouTube.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to shape strategy.
  • Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad assets.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting to meet aggressive KPIs.
  • Execute A/B testing of creatives, ad formats, and landing pages to maximize results.
  • Analyze campaign data, build reports, and provide actionable performance insights.
  • Stay updated with the latest platform features, trends, and best practices in paid media.

Required Qualifications (No Exceptions)

  • 3+ years of proven experience in high-performance Google Ads media buying (Demand Gen & YouTube).
  • Hands-on experience managing ad spends of $5,000+/day across multiple accounts.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setups.
  • Strong skills in data-driven optimization, scaling campaigns, and lead generation strategies.
  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple accounts, budgets, and strict performance targets.
  • Strategic thinker with critical problem-solving skills and a performance-first mindset.
  • Willingness to work in EST time zones (aligned with US, Europe, or Australia/NZ markets).
