Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Google Ads Expert who can plan, build, optimize, and scale PPC campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Performance Max. The ideal candidate must be analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a proven track record of delivering strong ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube & Remarketing)

• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting & competitor analysis

• Monitor, optimize & scale campaigns to meet KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC)

• Create compelling ad copy and coordinate with design team for creatives

• Track performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager & Data Studio

• Set up conversion tracking and attribution models

• Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports and insights

• Manage campaign budgets efficiently & maximize ROI

• Stay updated with latest Google Ads trends, algorithm changes & industry best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience in Google Ads campaigns

• Strong understanding of bidding strategies, Quality Score & campaign structure

• Experience in Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager & Data Studio

• Knowledge of landing page optimization and funnel strategy

• Excellent analytical skills & ability to interpret data to make decisions

• Strong communication skills & teamwork attitude

• Google Ads Certification preferred
