About the Role:

Alexa Healthcare is hiring a Google Ads Specialist to lead our paid digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should also have working knowledge of Meta Ads, SEO, WhatsApp API, and GMB. This role is perfect for someone with 1–2 years of hands-on experience looking to take ownership of performance-driven digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) for lead generation.
• Run and manage Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns.
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies for organic growth.
• Set up conversion tracking, pixel integrations, and campaign analytics.
• Manage WhatsApp Business API, chatbot automation, and lead follow-up flows.
• Optimize and update Google My Business (GMB) for local visibility.
• Collaborate with content/design teams to align creatives with campaign objectives.
• Generate performance reports using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and digital performance marketing.
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads, SEO, GMB, and WhatsApp integrations.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel.
• Strong analytical mindset and campaign optimization skills.
• Background in healthcare or agency experience is a bonus.
