About the Role

We are looking for a Google Ads Executive to assist in planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across Google platforms (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Discovery). The role requires a detail-oriented, execution-focused individual who can manage day-to-day campaign tasks, analyze performance, and ensure smooth ad operations under the guidance of the Performance Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Performance Max).
• Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and audience targeting.
• Optimize campaigns for clicks, conversions, and ROAS as directed by senior team members.
• Monitor daily budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure campaigns are on track.
• Generate regular campaign performance reports using Google Ads & Analytics.
• Support remarketing and retargeting campaigns.
• Collaborate with creative/design teams to ensure ad assets meet platform guidelines.
• Stay updated on Google Ads best practices and new features.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads campaign execution.
• Good knowledge of Search, Display & Shopping Ads.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and keyword planning tools.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Basic understanding of ROAS, CTR, CPC, and other performance metrics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced D2C environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Google Ads certification (Search/Display/Shopping).
• Experience with D2C / E-commerce campaigns.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization.
