Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Gold Loan Officer located in Vadodara. The Gold Loan Officer will be responsible for processing gold loan applications, verifying customer documents, assessing the value of gold, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Experience in Customer Service and Client Relations
Skills in Financial Assessment and Gold Valuation
Attention to Detail and Record-Keeping
Ability to ensure Compliance with Policies and Regulatory Requirements
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools
Prior experience in the banking or financial sector is a plus
