Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Gold Loan Officer based in Radhanpur. The Gold Loan Officer will be responsible for generating gold loan business, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating gold jewelry, processing loan applications, verifying documents, and managing loan disbursements. The officer will also maintain accurate records, handle queries, and provide financial advice to customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Sales
• Strong customer relationship management and service orientation skills
• Ability to evaluate gold jewelry and assess loan eligibility
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Capability to handle customer queries and provide financial advice
• Knowledge of loan processing and documentation
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field is preferred
