Gold Loan Manager (Doorstep Service)

You will be working as a Gold Loan Manager for Muthoot FinCorp's "Gold Loan from Home" (GLFH) service. Your responsibilities will include managing end-to-end gold loan transactions at the customer's doorstep, ensuring timely appointments and safe transit of gold, adhering strictly to operational protocols and compliance standards, accurately appraising gold, handling all documentation, delivering a seamless and secure customer experience, conducting BTL marketing and proactive customer outreach, calling inactive/prospective leads to convert them into active customers, generating new leads, and consistently meeting conversion KPIs.
