Role - Kubernetes Developer
Experience Range: 5 to 10 years
Location: Any Calsoft location(Pune/B'lore/Kolkata/Indore)
Mandatory:
•Strong hands-on development experience in GoLang.
•Deep understanding of Kubernetes internals (controllers, CRDs, operators).
•Ability to design and build cloud-native services (e.g., storage, DNS, networking, identity).
•Solid grasp of distributed systems concepts (scalability, consistency, fault-tolerance).
•Strong knowledge of API design and microservices architecture. Good to have:
•CKAD or equivalent Kubernetes certification.
•Experience with service mesh and networking (Istio, Envoy, CNI plugins).
•Familiarity with CNCF ecosystem projects (etcd, gRPC, Prometheus, etc.).
•Knowledge of security aspects in cloud services (RBAC, IAM, secrets management). •Contributions to open-source projects or Kubernetes community.
•Exposure to performance tuning and benchmarking of distributed systems.
