Role Overview:

Golang Developers

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain

  high-performance backend services

  using Golang.
• Build and optimize

  microservices, APIs, and distributed systems

  .
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define technical requirements.
  
• Ensure

  system scalability, reliability, and security

  .
• Work with

  cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

  to deploy and manage applications.
• Write

  clean, maintainable, and well-tested code

  following best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
  
• Contribute to

  architecture discussions and product roadmap

  .

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6–10 years

  of software development experience, with at least

  3+ years in Golang

  .
• Strong understanding of

  Golang concurrency, memory management, and performance optimization

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  microservices, REST/gRPC APIs

  .
• Good knowledge of

  cloud-native environments (AWS / Azure / GCP)

  .
• Proficiency in working with

  SQL / NoSQL databases

  (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB).
• Experience with

  Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines

  .
• Solid understanding of

  data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems

  .
• Experience in

  product-based companies

  with exposure to

  scalable consumer or enterprise applications

  .

Good to Have:

• Experience with

  Kafka / RabbitMQ / Pub-Sub systems

  .
• Exposure to

  GraphQL APIs

  .
• Knowledge of

  DevOps practices, observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry)

  .
• Understanding of

  security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, TLS, Identity management)

  .

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
