Job SummaryThe Go (Golang) Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications and systems using the Go programming language. This role involves creating scalable and efficient solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging Go's features to build robust software.
Key Responsibilities:Software DevelopmentDesign, develop, and implement applications and services using Go. Focus on building high-performance, scalable, and reliable software solutions.Code QualityWrite clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards. Conduct code reviews and refactor code as needed.System DesignCollaborate with architects and engineers to design system architecture and components that leverage Go's concurrency and performance features.IntegrationIntegrate Go applications with other systems, APIs, and databases. Handle data exchange and ensure interoperability between different services.OptimizationOptimize applications for performance, scalability, and resource efficiency. Use profiling and benchmarking tools to identify and address performance bottlenecks.TestingDevelop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure software reliability and correctness. Support testing and QA efforts.CollaborationWork closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.DocumentationCreate and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, API documentation, and code comments.InnovationStay updated with industry trends and advancements in Go and related technologies. Propose and implement improvements to enhance functionality and efficiency.Qualifications:EducationBachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.ExperienceMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Go. Experience in developing scalable systems and services is preferred.Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Go (Golang) programming language, including knowledge of Go concurrency patterns (goroutines, channels).Strong understanding of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms.Experience with Go frameworks and libraries (e.g., Gin, Echo).Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and SQL.Experience with version control systems like Git.Additional Skills:
