Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Go High Level CRM Setup and Maintenance Specialist, located in Raipur. The specialist will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the Go High Level CRM system, managing customer relationships, ensuring data accuracy, and providing user support. Day-to-day tasks include interacting with sales teams, performing analytical tasks, managing projects, and ensuring smooth CRM operations to support school admissions and parent communications.

Qualifications

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales skills
• Analytical Skills and Project Management experience
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience in the education sector or similar field is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
