Talent & Organization Intelligence & Insights Organization Science ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled Organizational Science Manager to join our dynamic team in the Accenture Strategy & Consulting Global Network:Talent & Organization (T&O) Practice. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in organizational psychology, data analytics, and strategic planning to assist organizations in enhancing their performance and achieving their goals. You will work closely with clients to identify challenges within their organizational structures and cultures, conducting thorough assessments and analyses. Your insights will guide the development of tailored solutions that address complex business issues, promoting effective decision-making and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. As an Organizational Scientist Consultant, you will not only provide data-driven recommendations but also support clients in the implementation of these strategies to ensure sustainable growth and success. You will collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, contributing to a stimulating work environment that values innovation, creativity, and responsiveness. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on a variety of organizations, ranging from startups to established enterprises, while expanding your professional skills and knowledge in the management consulting field.YOUR ROLEAlthough no two days at Accenture are the same, as an Intelligence & Insights Org Science Manager in our Talent & Organization (T&O) practice, a typical day might include:Conduct in-depth organizational assessments to identify areas for improvementAnalyze organizational data to derive actionable insights and strategiesDevelop metrics and performance indicators to track progress and measure success.Design framework for organizational concepts, statistically validated questionnaires and other forms of assessmentProcessing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysisBuild out data mockups to test the prescriptive analytics hypothesisLinking analytics results with Behavioral Science or Industrial and Organizational Psychology related conceptsPrepare comprehensive reports outlining findings, recommendations, and strategiesCollaborate with clients to design and implement effective change management or talent initiativesStay updated on industry trends/best practices and contribute to innovation, new product development or thought leadership in the people and organization analytics spaceBASIC QUALIFICATIONS Masters or PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Computational Science, Data Science, Statistics, Operational Research, or similar field.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/ SKILLSMinimum of 6 years of experience in management consulting or organizational assessment roles with a strong grasp of behavioral science principles and experience in business data analysis and research related to statistical analysisProject DeliveryDemonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights that drive organizational changeStrong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as Multivariate Statistics and can independently run simulations leveraging machine learning techniques such as Self Organizing Maps, Boosting Methods, Support vector machines Neural Network etc.Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively Thriving in ChangeKnowledge of current trends in organizational theory and best practices. Proficiency in statistical analysis software and tools used for data interpretation and visualization tools:R-Programming/ Python language Exposure to data engineering & hands-on experience with APIs & writing SQL query would be an added advantage. Client Engagement & Solution Development Design and implement advanced analytics solutions to address key talent and organizational challenges. Develop data-driven solutions and insights to support areas like Org Culture, Change Management, Operating Model and Organization Design, HR Transformation. Utilize data visualization tools to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Strategy & Go-to-Market (GTM) Shape and execute the GTM strategy for Talent and Org Analytics by identifying market segments, crafting compelling value propositions, and qualifying business opportunities. Lead sales origination and business developmentresponding to RFPs, developing value cases, and collaborating across solutioning, commercial, and delivery teams.
