YOUR ROLE
Although no two days at Accenture are the same, as an Organizational Analytics (OA) Consultant in our Talent & Organization (T&O) practice, a typical day might include:
Adopt a data-driven approach to Transformation and Workforce solutions for Global and Local clientsEngage with clients to understand their challenges, requirements and concerns to determine the best OA solutionExperience in building data-driven survey-based solutions including frameworks, questionnaires, and action plansLinking analytics results with Behavioral Science/ Industrial and Organizational Psychology conceptsExposure on Work Force Analytics using basic and advance statistical/ML methodologies in last least 1-2 yearsGood to have practical knowledge in the areas of Natural Language ProcessingIdentify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to develop business solutionsDefine data-backed people strategies to support business transformational programsCo-create solutions and assist clients in developing action plansSupport Product Development and own the delivery of new OA productsBuild strong relationships with clients and foster business growthContribute to T&O practice-building efforts such as recruiting, training and attending community events

Qualification
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
MBA, PhD and/or higher education in psychology
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS
3 to 6 years of experience in business data analysis and people management-related programs (workforce transformation, workforce and talent strategy, change strategy, stakeholder assessment, change impact analysis, organization design, and business readiness)Data fluency and working knowledge of statistical methodologiesData interpretation with working knowledge of analytic (predictive and prescriptive) models and digital toolsFluency in English is required, additional language capabilitiesare highly advantageousAbility to perform in a non-structured and dynamic environment
