Google Generative AI Studio,CX solution design using Google CCAI suite (Dialogflow CX, Agent Assist, Insights CX)
Knowledge of Gen AI tools (Vertex AI, Google Gemini, Decibel, Generators, Generative Fallback, Playbooks)CX management capability assessment and roadmap developmentAgile delivery and CCaaS migrationStrategic advisory, market research, and data-driven recommendationsStoryboarding and solution presentationStrong analytical and communication skillsPreferred Skills:
