Job Title - Strategy - MC - Automotive - SDV - 06 Management Level: 6-Senior Manager Location: Bengaluru, BDC7A Must-have skills: Automotive (Inactive) Good to have skills: Knowledge of emerging technologies, cloud computing, and cybersecurity best practices. Job Summary: This role involves driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and execute technology transformation strategies, oversee implementation projects, and optimize digital capabilities for business efficiency. Principal Duties: To bring industry knowledge, process expertise, world class capabilities, innovation and cutting-edge technology to our clients in the Automotive/Industrial Industry to deliver business value. To work with leading Automotive and Industrial clients, major customers and suppliers to develop and execute global strategies, manage complex change initiatives and integrate Platforms solutions to meet changing business challenges Work requires travel to client site for project work across geographies Key responsibilities of the role: Assess Value Potential for Platforms transformation program and architect the value proposal. Articulate Value Proposition to C Suite Ability to integrate concepts like Value Realization, Business Case development. Strong understanding about Automotive Product Development Lifecyle Key focus on solutioning Software Defined Vehicle related use cases for clients and thought leaderships Knowledge on IOT, AI/ML technologies Techno-functional Consulting background on Digital Transformation and Product Strategy in Automotive context To harness extensive industry knowledge, people and assets to deliver sustainable long-term solutions Professional & Technical Skills: Relevant experience in the required domain.
