GM/Sr.GM-Medico Marketing/ Medical Services Pharma Co-Mumbai

Role & responsibilities

1.Candidate will be based at Head Office and support business by providing Medical Support handling all Medico Marketing activities for reputed Pharma Company Supporting Multiple Divisions heading Domestic and ROW Market based at Mumbai HQ.

2. Candidate will be responsible for Multiple Divisions medically in all activities.

3. Candidate will be handle head Medico Marketing, Medical Services, Medical Training, all kind of Medical inputs and continuing Medical Education (CME) materials in compliance with relevant industry codes and medical correctness.

4.Candidate will be dealing with FDA, DCGI

5.Candidate will be closely working with all Divisional Heads & Marketing Team to support business.

6.Candidate will be handle new product development & Launching / expanding business.

7.Candidate will provide useful, timely, accurate, and balanced medical information to internal (sales staff) and external (HCPs) customers, in adherence to relevant SOPs/policies.

8.Candidate will impact medical training to new sales staff on basic sciences/TAs/assigned products.

9.Candidate will be look after pre-launch and launch training to sales staff for new products.

10.Candidate will be handle Support New Product Evaluation (NPE), Marketing and Business Development colleagues with medical evaluation and recommendations and will be handle support regulatory team by means of writing/revising/reviewing labeling documents for products as per relevant SOPs.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate should have MD Pharmacology in Medicine with around 15 years of experience in handling Medico Marketing activities for reputed Pharma Company handling for Multiple Divisions Segments heading Domestic and ROW Market based at Mumbai HQ.
• Candidate should have good contribution in Medico Marketing activities..
• You should be also good in preparing and implementing strategies making presentation and periodic reports.
• Candidate should be good in Good Negotiation skills and Good Commercial skills
