Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining EY as a Cybersecurity Managed Services Service Delivery Manager, where you will lead the delivery and maintenance of Cyber managed services for shared pool projects or dedicated large engagements using advanced technical capabilities. Your role will involve establishing and maintaining client relationships, identifying potential business opportunities, ensuring client service quality delivery, and managing accounts and relationships on a day-to-day basis. Additionally, you will assist in developing new methodologies, internal initiatives, and creating a positive learning culture by coaching, counseling, and developing junior team members. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the delivery and maintenance of Cyber managed services for shared pool projects or dedicated large engagements - Provide Governance support and accountability for the Operations, delivery, and maintenance of tools and processes - Actively establish, maintain, and strengthen client relationships - Identify potential business opportunities for EY within existing engagements and escalate as appropriate - Ensure overall client service quality delivery in accordance with EY quality guidelines and methodologies - Manage accounts and relationships on a day-to-day basis and explore new business opportunities for the firm - Establish, strengthen, and nurture relationships with clients and internally across service lines - Review work provided by junior members to confirm highest quality standards - Provide guidance and knowledge sharing with team members - Participate in performing procedures focusing on complex, judgmental, and specialized issues - Maintain relationships with client management and demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex information systems - Identify technological developments and evaluate impacts on the client's business - Create innovative insights for clients, adapt methods to fit operational team needs, and contribute to thought leadership documents - Plan and schedule client engagements, deploy the right team with adequate skill sets, and review status of engagements and work products - Demonstrate strong project management skills and maintain a strong client focus - Review status updates, prepare management presentations, and contribute to improving operational efficiency on projects and internal initiatives - Display teamwork, integrity, and leadership, set goals and responsibilities for specific engagements, and drive performance management for self and team - Manage the performance management for direct reports, provide training and mentoring of project resources, and participate in organization-wide people initiatives Qualification Required: - B. Tech./ B.E./BCA/MCA/MSc/BSc/MBA/PGDM/ Ph.D. with sound technical skills - Approximately 15-20 years of Project Management experience - Strong command of verbal and written English language - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - Good understanding of project governance and change management principles - Additional professional qualifications such as PRINCE2 or PMP are desirable - Experience in delivering Cyber solutions and managing client requirements - Significant relevant experience in internal or external security engineering role - Project management experience in a cyber security environment Role Overview: You will be joining EY as a Cybersecurity Managed Services Service Delivery Manager, where you will lead the delivery and maintenance of Cyber managed services for shared pool projects or dedicated large engagements using advanced technical capabilities.
