GMS-Compliance-Trainer Senior

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Training and Development Specialist in the Financial Crime Managed Services (FCMS) team. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in training and development, with a strong background in financial crime. ### Roles and Responsibility Assist in defining training and development strategies for Financial Crime Managed Services professionals. Develop globally standard induction training approaches and materials. Create continual learning materials and deliver functional and non-functional training to various audiences. Drive a culture of continuous learning using existing and new platforms. Monitor key controls for training and stay updated with changes in the FinCrime landscape. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. ### Job Requirements Minimum 6 years of experience in training and development, preferably in financial services or a related field. Strong knowledge of financial crime competencies, including KYC, screening, and transaction monitoring. Excellent presentation skills and the ability to create engaging training materials. Experience in designing, developing, and implementing training programs. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. An MBA with an emphasis on Compliance, Risk, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related financial field is required. ACAMS / ICA / CFA or similar Financial Crime-related professional certifications are desirable.
