Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Google My Business (GMB) Local SEO Expert to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in managing and optimizing GMB listings, handling suspended accounts, creating new profiles, and running local Google Ads campaigns to drive leads and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and verify new GMB listings for clients across industries.
• Optimize and manage existing GMB listings to boost visibility in local search and Google Maps.
• Handle GMB suspension issues and ensure timely reinstatement as per Google guidelines.
• Implement effective local SEO strategies including citation building and NAP consistency.
• Conduct regular GMB audits and competitor analysis.
• Monitor and analyze GMB Insights, Google Analytics, and other tools for performance tracking.
• Respond to reviews and manage customer interactions through GMB.
• Run and optimize Google Ads campaigns, especially for local search and map pack visibility.
• Stay up to date with changes in Google's local ranking algorithms and platform updates.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing GMB profiles.
• In-depth understanding of local SEO, citation building, and GMB guidelines.
• Proven experience in handling suspended GMB accounts.
• Experience in creating and running Google Ads (Search & Local) campaigns.
• Familiarity with tools like BrightLocal, Whitespark, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Nice to Have:

• Experience managing multi-location business listings.
• Knowledge of local schema markup implementation.
• Basic familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
