Role Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement growth strategies and business plans for pan-India sales.
• Identify, develop, and manage key strategic accounts in the plastics, polymers, rubber, and paper industries.
• Collaborate with technical services for new product development, trials, and customer support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and new technology developments.
• Achieve sales revenue and profitability targets through effective account management and new market development.
• Strengthen brand presence and customer loyalty.

Qualification & Experience:

• B.E./B.Tech / Graduate / Master Graduate in Science (Chemical, Polymer, Materials Science, or equivalent).
• MBA (Marketing or Business Development) preferred.
• 1520 years of experience in industrial minerals or specialty fillers sales to plastics, polymers, rubber, or paper industries.
• Strong experience in leadership roles with proven success in business growth.
