Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day hotel operations across all departmentsEnsure exceptional guest service and satisfactionDrive revenue and occupancy growth through strategic planningManage budgets, cost control, and financial performanceLead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high service standardsHandle escalated guest concerns and operational challengesEnsure compliance with safety, hygiene, and brand standards

Candidate Requirements
Proven leadership experience in the hospitality sectorStrong communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of PMS systems and OTA platformsHands-on, proactive approach to hotel operationsAbility to manage teams and multitask in a fast-paced environment
